Backyard Ghost

I remember when I was 11 years old, I always went downstairs to chill with my dad on nights I didn't have to go to school. We would play the game together and everything. One night when I went into the kitchen to get us a snack and I saw a shadow swiftly walk past the backdoor..It was almost as if he flew by instead of walked.I thought nothing of ..Then it happened again a few nights in a row so I finally told my dad hoping he didn't think I was crazy. But he said, ''I been seein it too Jade,I just thought it was the weed'' But he didn't seem as frightened as I did. One night we saw it together and soon as the dark figure floated past dad hurried up and opened the back door but nothing was there. After that we only saw it occasionally. Soon enough we didn't pay it any attention.Now I believe it followed us to our new home all the way in Alabama.I'm 15 now. I can sort of feel when it is around, Its kind of scary but I try to keep my cool. I haven't seen it yet but there is a sensation its still around.
